Refund Policy

The entire order will be processed through a secure socket layer (SSL) connection. All the information entered by users get encrypted with 128-bit SSL protocol and then, transacted to the receiver end through a secure connection. A safe software purchase is guaranteed by our team. The customer who have purchased our the product is having right to generate refund ticket for 30 days from the purchased date. If your reason of refunding falls in any of the following guidelines then, only you can generate the ticket:

• The software is purchased from Exchange Recovery Tool firm or through any of our authorized re-seller
• We are not at all responsible for anyone of the following things:
  • Unknown delay in communication or downloading procedure
  • Any lost or misdirect email messages related to the product
  • Delay because of unforeseen or uncontrolled factor
  • Electronic message being marked as SPAM by email app
  • Mail for activation bounced because of some unknown reason
  • Once used the software for the work and you don’t need it anymore
  • Accidentally purchased and now want to uninstall it from the PC
  • Software is not compatible with operating system of your machine
  • License processing delay because of weekend occurrence

• Money will be refunded only if anyone of the following conditions is true:
  • The functionality of full version is different from the demo edition
  • Support executive fails to help resolving the customer issue

• We are not responsible for any miss-interpretation made by the customer regarding material provided to promote the product.
• When a signed ‘Letter of Destruction’ is received by the customer, after this only he / she will accomplish refund task. We should get your mail for refund at our official mail id within the 30 days of software purchase date.
• If the licensed version of the product works but not properly then, we are available 24*7 to help you out.
• If the purchasing procedure gets interrupted then, you can directly contact to our support executive for discussing your problem.
